  工作研究领域
  (1)超微量、高通量的微流控筛选仪器,并用于药物筛选和蛋白质结晶筛选;
  (2)新型微型化电喷雾质谱离子源的研制以及用于药物筛选和单细胞分析;
  (3)基于激光诱导荧光的单分子和单细胞分析方法;
  (4)基于微流控芯片的微型化色谱分离和检测装置。

  研究成果
  1. 超微量、高通量微流控液体操纵和检测装置
  研制了一种基于液滴微流控技术的全自动液体操纵和检测装置。该装置可高度可靠的进行皮升级液体定量量取、混合、转移、检测、以及生化筛选。与常规基于384孔板的筛选系统相比,其试样消耗降低了37000倍以上。目前,该装置获得了2011年度浙江大学自研自制仪器设备优秀成果奖。
