考研复试英语可能会考查的几种形式：
1、翻译
研究生最重要的能力之一就是文献阅读能力，而大多优秀的文献都是以英文发表的，因此其中起决定性作用的就是翻译水平，因此，为了保证招到的学生英语水平最低能够满足文献
阅读的要求，这样就会有笔试和面试部分。
一般情况下，研究生复试既有笔试又有面试的，部分院校没有笔试。而笔试可能会考英语相关基础，也可能考专业名词或知识部分，甚至还有可能考实验室安全知识等。
如果你的复试有英语笔试，有可能会有翻译题，要么是对一段话进行翻译，要么就是对几个长句进行翻译，不会太难，会存在少量的专业词汇。因此，同学们复习时不要忘记将重要的、出现率高的名词的英文记熟、分的清。
面试的时候随机抽签选择一段或几条长句，基本200个词左右，会给你1-3分钟的准备时间，然后就会要求你翻译。能够流畅地翻译下来的同学分数会比较高；但是即便是没答复的完整，断断续续，也没关系。别紧张，慢慢的翻译，也许到后面就翻译的比较流畅，可能分数不会那么高，但是也不会差太多。
2、口语
面试部分避免不了口语，也有部分院校不考口语。口语大多是自我介绍，回答英文问题。
面试第一件事，让你介绍一下自己，英文自我介绍要怎么准备呢？其实和中文自我介绍没区别。要注意的是最好都用简单句，口语表达要尽量简洁，这样才能让面试官清晰明了的理解。
关于自我介绍，最基础的，要先介绍自己的姓名、院校、专业、专业学习情况、CET等英语学习情况；然后视情况介绍自己的本科论文研究方向、曾经做过的研究工作和研究兴趣；本专业以外的学习、科研、社会实践情况；获奖情况；研究生毕业后的就业目标等。
一定要保证在老师关注到这个话题的时候你有话可说，而且要能说得稍微深一点，比如你提到自己做了业余科研，那么业余科研中你做了哪些工作，你的科研的主要内容是什么，最终结果是什么，由此科研你的感想，这些都要搞清楚，能说明白，才能达到加分的效果，不然只能弄巧成拙。
还有的院校会给你一篇文章的段落，一般是把这个段落读完。这个主要考查的是你的发音以及自信，遇到不会的词就按照音节读就可以了，不要害怕口音问题，没什么太大的难度。
第三个是英语对话问答，有点考验临场应变能力的，一般都是很日常的对话，聊聊你的学校、家乡、爱好等，准备点相关话题的词汇句子，到时候用上就可以了。
