陈小明，男，教授，博士研究生导师。Spectrochimica Acta Part A, Journal of Molecular Spectroscopy等国际刊物的审稿人。主要从事手性化合物的分离及生命物质的测试研究。参加完成了"六·五"国家重大科研项目；作为主要研究人员参加完成了"八·五"国家攻关专题；主持了湖南省自科基金课题、湖南省科技攻关课题。获国家科技进步二等一项（集体），在国家核心期刊和国外期刊上共发表学术论文70多篇。
